Position Description: Nutrition Service Director
As our Nutrition Service Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation at the location. You will be an integral part of ensuring that everyone is served and safety practices are executed to the highest level.
Chef Director responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team
- Scheduling labor
- Controlling profit and loss
- Maintaining inventory
- Ordering food and supplies
- Menu development and execution
- Building rapport with the client
- Ensuring excellent service
- Oversee Laundry and housekeeping
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior management experience in the food service industry is required
- Must have either CDM/RD/degree in culinary or hospitality
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
