Suburban Companies  has been in business for 46 years as a family owned company. Currently, we have 29 employees. We focus on Commercial Maintenance, do not plan and spec work. We have several hundred Commercial Maintenance contract customers which supply us year round work throughout the seasons. Our average employee has been with us for 10 years and our business grew 20% just last year. 

The ideal candidate is responsible for proposing work, professional appearance, collecting customer authorizations, manage his or her truck inventory and keeping his or her service vehicle in order. Also responsible for establishing new client relationships and creating an experience that keeps the client coming back in the future.

  • 5+ years minimum experience required in the service of commercial heating and cooling equipment. 
  • Knowledge of Roof-tops, VAV systems, Water Source Heat Pumps, split systems, cooling towers, computer room cooling equipment (CRAC), Pneumatic and DDC Controls a plus.
  • Candidates require EPA Certification
  • Pass a Background Check
  • This position works under the direction of the Service Manager and welcomes coaching to develop customer service and sales skills.
