Basic Job Description:
Plumbers will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing and piping systems in commercial buildings while following local building codes.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing, experience with residential plumbing will be considered.
- All hand tools required for commercial plumbing
- Basic blueprint reading skills
- Proper ID (s) required for employment in the U.S
- Ability to work overtime hours
- Ability to work with minimal instructions
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to work away from home for long periods of time
Minimum Required Experience:
Must have experience with new construction and remodel work in schools, hospitals, high-rise buildings, banks, clinics, and various other types of commercial buildings.
