We are looking for a Senior Business Manager with organizational development and business expertise to be a key member of our core leadership team. You will have the opportunity to influence KBA while we make SMART & STRATEGIC organizational growth, operational, and financial decisions.

As a member of KBA’s leadership team, the Senior Business Manager will lead the business functions of Accounting, Contracting, Information Technology, Fleet Management, and Marketing.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of accounting principles and ability to quickly learn financial software, Microsoft Dynamics SL.  Ability to evaluate, create and implement organizational development strategies.  Knowledge of corporate Strategic Planning and corporate market positioning.  Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Knowledge of LEAN principles.  Knowledge of Information Technology licensing, technology plans, Sharepoint software, and database design.  Ability to lift 25 pounds and spend the work day at an adjustable sit/stand workstation are required.

Requirements: A BS in business, accounting or equivalent.  A Masters in Business Administration or equivalent is desired but not required. A minimum of 5 years of management experience with demonstrated growth in responsibility.  Management experience in a firm with over 125 employees desired.  Must possess a valid Washington State driver license and good driving record.
