We see lots of opportunity to grow our business, and we need a smart Marketing Manager that loves the 4Ps and 5Cs!

We Are Not:

• Fancy - we are manufacturers who believe beautiful facilities are NOT required to make quality products or retain the best team. we don’t have a cappuccino machine or a bar in the office; we do have a team that can make just about anything.
• High Tech - We incorporate technology into our products and processes where appropriate, but we’re not a technology company. We should be and we need your help to figure out how.
• Transactional - we have long term relationships with our team members and most valuable customers.
• Satisfied - we celebrate achievement, then set our sights on new goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Creativity, Drive, Curiosity

• Experience with developing and executing marketing strategy (commercial, digital, creative).
• Proven experience leading and developing a creative, bright marketing team.
• Experience with promoting products through a distributor or retailer- think co-marketing.
• Experience or interest in all things ecommerce from building a funnel, driving traffic, executing transactions. Independent perspective on Amazon and experience selling products on the platform.
• Market researcher. More than seeing opportunities for new products or new channels each time you talk to a customer, do a web search or attend a trade show, you can build plans to make them reality. 
• Marketing Geek. Your significant other or friends wish you would stop giving suggestions over beers or dinner.
• You’ve got (or had before school) a garage full of tools and enjoy working on cars, building furniture or otherwise using your hands to create.
• Have completed or are working toward an MBA in Marketing or Entrepreneurship.
