InnovaSystems has an immediate opening for a Technical Customer Success Representative.  As a Technical CS Specialist, you'll connect with our clients and make a difference in their day, providing technical support, troubleshooting, escalate and manage expectations, and resolving their simple technical issues. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team of highly qualified peers and play an integral role in a thriving company that will challenge you to grow both your technical and business skills.

Our CS Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of web application issues. Typical daily tasks:

  1. Answering phones/emails related to account activation's/password resets
  2. Documenting and tracking system issues through shared tool
  3. Perform root-cause analysis and resolution
  4. Update documentation and standard operating procedures to reflect changes to the application/workflow.

Previous CS help desk members are now among our team leads in quality assurance, documentation, and release operations.

Required:

  • Degree in appropriate computer science or information systems field or equivalent experience listed below
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience in help desk or network support; knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in software and network troubleshooting, and support.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior military experience desired.
  • 1+ year direct usage of Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) or DRRS Family of Systems (FoS) desired
  • Experience working with relational databases and query writing desired
