Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and scanning of weekly invoices
  • Timely and proficient data entry into accounting system
  • Perform other duties as assigned or related

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to meet deadlines and strong attention to detail
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
