You have:

• The knowledge and ability to safely use:

º    Stools, ladders and lifting devices properly

º    Operate and use janitorial equipment and supplies

º    Use various cleaning, sanitizing and other chemical compounds

º    Maintain and repair electrical appliances and heating systems

º    Perform routine plumbing, carpentry and painting

º    Maintain lawns using gas powered mowers and trimmers

º    Remove snow and ice using snow plows, shovels and other hand tools

• A valid driver’s license

We prefer you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• An ability to:

º    Work under minimal supervision

º    Prioritize responsibilities

º    Communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude when speaking with management, fellow employees, tenants and vendors
