Position Summary:

This position will play a key role in the growth and ongoing implementation of change across the organization and will work closely with all levels of management and employees.  The IT Assistant will also be utilized to gather data and compile reports via database queries and various Microsoft Excel tools.  This is a full-time, year-round position.

• Assist the Company in leveraging technology tools and actively promote our current software programs
• Provide application support for construction accounting software and related third party programs
• Work with and train employees on the use of technology
• Improve employee engagement in the use of technology  
• Work collaboratively with all Company employees
• Manage the company cell phone program
• Manage company security and camera systems
• Special projects as required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• 0-2 years experience and/or College degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or equivalent experience
