Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin, Texas is looking for a hard working, fun loving individual with a passion for excellence to join our HVAC Install Team as an HVAC Installation Coordinator.
Since 1999 owners Brad & Sarah, along with their team, have been serving Austin as the best little Plumbing & HVAC company in Texas. HVAC Install Coordinator Job Expectations:
- Schedules installers for system installations
- Schedules permits and final inspections for system installations
- Maintains the team's dispatch board
- Demonstrates great customer communication & handles issue resolution
- Analyzes job costs on installations for profitability
- Organizes and sorts the installation documents throughout the installation process
- Prepares rebate information
- Prepares installer payroll

- Be able to multi-task under pressure while keeping an upbeat attitude
- [HVAC industry knowledge is a bonus but not required]
What You Can Expect:
- Full Time, Monday through Friday
- 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (must be available to work this shift)
- $15.00 per hour
