POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Representative, you will work to grow sales while providing customer service to our existing customer base.  Main responsibilities include identifying industry leads, managing customer prospects, establishing new customer accounts, and maintaining current customer account relationships.  It is also the responsibility of the Sales Representative to develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and responding accordingly, which requires someone who is quick-thinking and has an entrepreneurial philosophy.  This is a full-time remote position, working to establish and maintain customers within Southwestern Minnesota and South Dakota.  Travel is required, along with occasional weekend hours.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college degree and/or equivalent education/experience in Business, Sales, or Marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Experience with end-to-end sales
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • A valid state driver’s license
