Travel and Work Outside this Summer

Concrete Shield (a division of Soil-tek) is seeking high school seniors or college students to apply for a summer labor position. These positions will perform physical labor and light equipment operation to apply concrete sealers to new and existing commercial parking lots, roads and driveways while ensuring a neat, orderly and safe work site.

Successful candidates must be self-motivated, team oriented and have the ability to accept a flexible work schedule.  Must be available to travel extensively at times, performing work outdoors in varying weather conditions and have the willingness to work some evenings, nights and weekends.

Job duties include:

Manual work consisting of prepping jobsites for application of product, including cleaning and power washing of area to be sprayed.

Work effectively with crew supervisor and peers in the successful application of product.

Ability to operate small tools such as air compressors, power washers, spray equipment, etc.

Maintain a high standard of clean-up before leaving jobsites.

Thorough completion of production reports. Ability to keep track of receipts, expenses and timesheets and have reports competed and turned in on time.

Follow all company and job specific safety policies.
