In support of our rapid growth, ExakTime is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. This is a remote position and we are looking for candidates in the south. Travel is required. 

Position Overview

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Enterprise Sales Executive (ESE) is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and generating new revenue within an assigned territory and market segment within the construction industry (Employee Range: 100+) The ESE aggressively grows sales and promotes the ExakTime brand while acting as a business representative for all revenue channels, including new partnership development.  The ESE is also responsible for managing key ExakTime accounts and providing customer service to select clients.  The ESE will support functions essential to sales force productivity including: planning, reporting, quota management, sales process optimization, market analysis, and competitive intelligence. 

Responsibilities

  • This position is an individual contributor role that develops, documents, and presents to senior leadership strategic and tactical sales plan(s); evolves plan to continually changing business priorities/products and articulates/presents vision and results for leadership and organization.
  • Independently builds and manages sales programs, campaigns, and lead generation to support national and global ExakTime based services.
  • Creates and presents to prospects and clients RFP’s, business reviews, and reports; manages ongoing meetings, webinars, calls, etc. to support sales quotas/objectives.
  • Manages metrics to evaluate prospects and clients for optimal fit; industry, need, size, scope, tools, technology, adoption, expansion.
  • Proactively develops ideal profile(s) of optimal prospect opportunities to target; updates profiles as market and organization priorities adapt.
  • Creates and implements processes to measure services, tools, and product(s) success for keep accounts.
  • Independently initiates, develops, and secure quality working relationships with partners and clients; ensures ROI of sales programs and facilitates client satisfaction.
  • Meets role specific business objectives, quotas and financial goals; as assigned.
  • Works closely with leadership, sales, operations, and client service team members to resolve sales and client related conflicts; ensures partnership opportunities.
  • Continually gathers information on competition and prevalent industry/business climate to build informative competitive advantage(s); communicates information to management and others as necessary.
  • Negotiates client contracts and work orders.
  • Provides timely and accurate reports as requested by VP of Sales.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years B2B SaaS sales experience. Experience selling into the construction industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to successfully close a B2B sale by navigating complexities of the C-Suite and negotiating with top level executives.
  • Provide long-term relationship and support to existing clients.
  • Desire to build a business clientele and retain customers year after year.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required.
  • Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment; easily able to grasp in-lane and online products and services and how to leverage in a competitive marketplace.
  • Must be able to travel to the potential customer sites.
  • Must be self-motivated, well organized and a team player.
