Marketing Manager
Discovery Senior Living, a national award-winning real estate developer and community operator is currently recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing team at their headquarters, located in Bonita Springs, FL. Summary
This collaborative position will execute marketing and sales strategies including advertising, marketing collateral, media relations, analysis, tracking results, reporting on ROI, and managing monthly expenses within budget for regional Discovery Senior Living communities.
Working with a team of exceptional marketing, sales and creative professionals you will:
- Manage DSL brand standards across all marketing channels
- Become an expert of current and future DSL markets, taking ownership of the business unit through the understanding of the competition and local socioeconomic factors
- Execute creative strategy and development
- Develop flyers, advertising, brochures, program support materials, presentation materials, direct mail and more for DSL markets
- Implement and monitor digital marketing initiatives
- Develop content and manage updates for regional DSL community websites
- Grow social media engagement through community Facebook pages
- Grow video collection through the OneDay App
- Lead ongoing marketing events and presentations
- Oversee the implementation and roll-out of new marketing initiatives
- Manage the online reputation of DSL communities by monitoring reviews and client feedback
- Grow client reviews through Google, Facebook, and testimonials
- Manage public relations and media engagement
- Research marketing opportunities to engage and differentiate DSL product and service offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing with five or more years of proven marketing experience
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management software
- Two years analysis and reporting experience is preferred
- Experience developing short and long-term marketing strategies with traditional and non-traditional marketing channels, creating sales-driven messaging, overseeing creative development, and forecasting response
- Experience with Marketing Automation systems
- Ability to track, analyze and report on ROI data
- Experience with budget monitoring, GL codes and P & L reports
- Ability to build relationships and articulate ideas well
- Excellent grammar, editing and copy writing skills
- Organized with pleasant demeanor and strong ambition
- Comfortable presenting to large and small groups
