Midwest Industrial Asphalt, established in 1984, is a full-service supplier of liquid asphalt cement products throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.  Our terminal in La Crosse, WI is served by barge, rail and truck and offers on-site tank storage as well.

POSITION SUMMARY

This is a temporary position and includes Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with potential weekend hours – up to 40 hours per week during the summer months.

 

This position includes working with our Administrative team and Quality Control Lab Technician to assist with duties including but not limited to reconciling vendor statements, processing invoices and credits, managing Bill of Ladings, processing check requests and other projects as assigned. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma required, college courses in accounting strongly preferred
  • Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key
