Position Description:
The Senior Traffic Engineer/Project Manager will work with our senior management to prepare technical and price proposals, develop project schedules and manage traffic projects. Additionally, the candidate will interact with clients and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Anticipated assignments will be both design and operations and include signal and ITS design, traffic signal analysis and studies, pedestrian studies, MPT plans and safety studies. The selected candidate will be a Project Manager for Traffic/ITS projects and must have the ability to work with existing and potential clients to generate new work.

Job Requirements:
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering along with a P.E. license. A Master’s degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering and a PTOE certification is preferred. Individual must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of traffic/ITS experience with extensive background in traffic design and operations along with project management experience. The ideal candidate will have PennDOT and NJDOT experience. Additional requirements include effective communication and organizational skills and experience working with Microstation/AutoCAD, Synchro/SimTraffic and HCS. #LI-ST1
