Now Hiring Service & Chiller Techs
We are currently accepting resumes for qualified air conditioning service technicians to join our growing team of professionals in the HVAC industry. We have multiple positions available in Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Nevada & California.

All of our technicians are dispatched from home, therefore we require that they have a computer, scanner, and internet services in their home.

Our commercial business operates in all five states, whereas, the residential division of Millian-Aire concentrates mainly in the greater Tampa Bay area, including but not limited to Pasco, Hillsborough, Hernando, Citrus and Pinellas counties.

Qualifications

Drug-free
Valid driver’s license
5-years of continuous field experience
Possess own basic hand tools necessary for the trade including gauges and voltage meters
Possess internet access, computer, and scanner in your home
Able to trouble shoot and repair roof top equipment up to 25 tons
Able to trouble shoot and repair commercial ice machine up to 2000 pounds per 24Hr
Able to trouble shoot and repair small commercial refrigeration systems single and two door coolers/freezers
Able to trouble shoot and repair building management systems and local temperature 24volt controls such as thermostats with remote sensors
Able to participate in an on-call rotation
