The Operations Manager of Transaction Services provides vision, leadership and direction to support and develop the contact center’s Fraud & Security Mitigation, Chargeback & Dispute Resolution, and Customer Correspondence Intake teams, and represents the department and the organization in interactions with clients. The Operations Manager of Transaction services is also responsible for development of a supervisory team to manage, develop, and retain staff. This is an exempt position. The core hours of the position are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with additional hours as needed.

Experience Required: 

Minimum five years management experience in contact center environment;
Minimum two years experience in bankcard/credit fraud and security risk mitigation;
Experience managing supervisory staff is preferred;
Knowledge of Visa/Master card and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act rules and regulations is preferred.
