POSITION SUMMARY

As an Intern, you will work with our Administrative team and assist with duties including: reconciling vendor statements, processing invoices and credits, managing Bill of Ladings, processing check requests and other projects assigned. This position requires someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.  This internship will start in the Fall 2019 semester and include 15-20 hours per week during the semester months.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required, college courses in accounting strongly preferred
• Must be detail oriented and have strong work ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with Microsoft Excel and 10-key
