We are currently seeking a team member for the hours of Saturday - Sunday 8AM - 4PM
Requirements/Job Duties:
- Using phone-communication skills for inbound and outbound call support with heavy volume. This is the majority of the role.
- Managing and helping our customers needs in emergency situations
- Working closely with your team to be successful together
- Having enthusiasm!
- Having passion for helping people
- Communicating and understanding customer concern
- Scheduling and booking service calls
- Being a part of a really, really great team environment
- Being comfortable on the telephone and love customer service

Most of our Customer Service team actually started with no experience in the HVAC, plumbing or electrical industry!
