The Mission
The Damuth recruiting team is searching for a high performing Service Sales Manager to lead the Service Solutions Sales Team by setting sales quotas, managing team performance, and supporting overall company financial goals. The manager will lead sales of commercial building service agreements, commercial building improvement projects, and commercial building automation projects.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Required - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Required - 3 years sales leadership experience
  • Required - Service industry experience
  • Required - Proven individual sales results
  • Preferred - Experience selling and/or leading in a HVAC sales office
  • Preferred - Experience with building services or HVAC

 

Other Requirements

  • Ability to pass drug screening
  • Ability to pass formal background check
  • Ability to prove U.S. Employment eligibility
  • Required - Valid Driver’s license and good driving record required
  • Mobility within the office and on jobsite

A Day in the Life

You will establish and have accountability for setting and achieving annual operating plan objectives. This includes utilizing Damuth’s CRM tools for coaching, achieving sales results, and assisting operational staff with business forecasting. You will take on the challenge of designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the Company's client base and ensures a strong presence. You will also be responsible to coach the Service Solutions Sales team staff to have successful sales behaviors. You will represent Damuth Trane in interactions with clients, factories, professional organizations, and other departments. Other responsibilities may also be assigned.
