KELTEK is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive. The Account Executive is responsible for providing sales support through the tracking of sales opportunities and prospecting activities to ensure territory growth for the Sales team.
KELTEK is a small, fast-growing, profitable reseller/installer of mobile computing solutions, computers, vehicle warning lights, radios, K-9 & prisoner transport units, and on-scene emergency lighting. KELTEK offers more than 25 years of experience in sales, installation, service and support of police vehicle equipment, with safety being our number one priority.

This is a salaried plus commission position. This position has the potential for growth opportunity as the company continues to evolve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory plan in collaboration with Sales team
- Expand and maintain database of prospective customers through lead generation
- Capture, maintain, and oversee accurate contact information within CRM system
- Take orders from customers and input orders into supply chain software (ERP)
- Act as a point of contact for customers
- Resolve escalated customer problems and complaints in an amicable and timely manner
- Demonstrate technical knowledge and product functionality accurately and completely to customers
- Participate on behalf of the company at exhibitions, trade shows and conferences (some travel required)
- Develop strong, long-term vendor relationships
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 (two) years proven sales experience within a small growing company in distribution and/or manufacturing.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Outstanding telephone sales personality skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to problem solve, make decisions and implement
- Able to shift priorities and maintain work completion
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft, the internet, and CRM software
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable presenting findings and recommendations both one-on-one and in meetings
- Professional communications both inside and outside of the company by email and phone to other employees and to customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited supervision
- Demonstrates initiative and teamwork while providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism
- Current driver's license and valid auto insurance
