Sandata Technologies is looking for a Regional Vice President – Enterprise Solutions for the NY Market who can assist us with being at the forefront of homecare, driving quality and efficiency, and outcomes across the continuum of care. Sandata is growing fast as we continue to lead and improve the homecare industry.
The Regional Vice President for the NY Market will be responsible for selling enterprise software solutions to large home care providers in the territory. The position requires a high energy individual that rises to challenges and is a team player. Sales experience and knowledge of Medicaid is a must have. Sandata can train you on the technical product.
Position Location: Port Washington, NY
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure security of personal health information (PHI) and report any violations or observations to management.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding customer specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs
- Close Planning and Opportunity and Account review
- Collaborate with marketing staff to gain access to target customers through appropriate education conferences and trade shows
- Consistently exceeds goals; persistently pushes self and others to perform at the top; uses goals to guide actions
- Exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Create and execute comprehensive territory plans. Provide accurate and detailed sales forecasts
- Cultivate and grow relationships with industry and associations that will lead to sales opportunities and new business
- Sales administrative responsibilities include accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts
- Negotiate and resolve contract issues
- Department heads are Point of Contact for security matters.
- Communication Skills: effectively presents information and delivers compelling product demonstrations and sales proposals.
- Positive Attitude: Displays enthusiasm and passion in business approach; embraces team spirit; takes initiative and is inclusive of others and motivated when faced with a challenge; displays confidence and self–assurance
- Writing Skills: is able to clearly write effective e-mails and proposals

Skills and Specifications
- Minimum of 5+ years sales experience
- Medicaid homecare agency experience
- New business sales experience, cold calling, and trade show attendance
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to travel in the US
