SHIFT: First shift Monday - Friday 6:30am-3:00pm plus overtime based on production needs

JOB DESCRIPTION:
To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, laser marking, and fasteners. Shipping, receiving, tumbling, bead blasting, and assembly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

  • Checks customer specification sheets to determine required assembly, exterior finish on product, and any special options.
  • Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts, and sub-assemblies, per customer order.
  • Ensures that established safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Provides input on changes to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintains assigned equipment to standard.
  • Prepares product for shipping.
  • Conform to the company quality system procedures as documented.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School Diploma or GED.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, electrical schematics and instructions.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 0 years minimum.

SKILLS ABILITIES: Knowledge of hand tools, basic understanding of manual lathes and mills, welding, blue print reading/measurements and math. Good driving rec

PHYSICAL STRENGTH: Lift up to 75 pounds.

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
