We are seeking a qualified individual to join our innovative Logistics team!

 

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is part of a team responsible for daily management of multi modal transportation, including all product scheduling and delivery coordination of both heavy and light fuels to our customers.  This position requires someone with great attention to detail, along with strong communication and organization skills.  This is a full-time position located in Onalaska, WI and schedule will include Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with on-call weekend hours periodically. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Schedule all modes of transportation (truck and rail) for fuel deliveries as necessary
  • Plan operations and communicate schedules with carriers, counter parties and terminals
  • Communicate daily with terminals and plants regarding inventory levels
  • Schedule timely movements from all suppliers to ensure compliance with obligations
  • Track inventory of product in transit (rail) and notify appropriate parties
  • Manage and audit inventory transactions at various sites
  • Negotiate rates for all modes of transportation (truck and rail)
  • Manage process of requesting, receiving, and recording associated Bill of Ladings, invoices and other necessary administrative paperwork
  • Provide supplier and customer service support
  • Support trading, sales, management, and other team members
  • Assisting with other projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
