Summary:
Provides administrative support for office personnel, field construction personnel, and implement systems, procedures, and policies as directed by the corporate office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable responsibilities involve issuing field purchase orders, collecting and matching delivery tickets, obtaining proper approvals, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines.
• Payroll responsibilities involve collection of timecards, appropriate approvals, and adhering to payroll processing deadlines.
• Credit Card responsibilities include collecting receipts, ensuring proper coding on receipts in Expense Track, and adhering to monthly closing deadlines.
• Human Resource responsibilities involve assisting new employees with employment package completion, verifying documents and completeness of package, and adhering to deadlines of submitting information to payroll and human resources for processing.
• General office duties include answering and transferring phone calls, taking notes and messages on conversations, meeting minutes, general inventory upkeep, post office runs, dishes, maintenance requests, supply orders, career fair enrollment, etc.
• General project duties include assisting with project hotel and vendor scouting, ordering report books and safety gear, and IT equipment/credit card requests for field personnel.

Requirements:
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and to-do-lists simultaneously.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other basic computer skills preferred.
• Effective and thorough communicator.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma required
• College Degree preferred
• Previous office coordination experience preferred, but not required
• Previous construction experience preferred, but not required
Safety Considerations:
Employee may be required to lift objects up to 20 pounds on a non-routine basis. Employee must practice good ergonomic principles to prevent conditions such as carpal tunnel and back injury from minor task performance. Employee may be required to drive a company owned or leased vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record to obtain driving approval.
