Real Concrete Solutions, a division of Soil-tek, is looking for an experienced Skid Loader Operator. This position is responsible for safely operating skid loader for concrete construction projects.  Successful candidate will have experience loading dump trucks, grading and running a breaker attachment.

Other responsibilities include assisting crews in daily production activities such as forming for concrete pours and helping with pours when equipment work is complete.

All candidates must have the ability to show up to work on time, work well with others, possess a strong work ethic, show a willingness to learn and have a positive attitude.

Employment at Real Concrete Solutions is contingent on passing a pre-employment drug screen.
