We have hundreds of SKUs in multiple categories. We need to get the right SKUs in the right place and at the right price. We need to use them to actively grow gross margin.

What we’re looking for:
- An accelerator of change that can:
- Support and leads Continuous Improvement initiatives by driving improvements throughout the organization
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Communicate results of process design to management team to assess next steps and opportunities for process improvement
- Formulate an execution plan including the project plan, business resources needed, new process design, and key performance indicators
- An experienced Manufacturing and Quality Engineer that can:
- Map current and future state process designs
- Lead and participate in the development of systems and techniques including visual controls, scheduling, error proofing, 5S, set-up time reduction, preventative maintenance, and other lean system activities and techniques
- Apply various process improvement methods, tools, and techniques to execute scope of work
- Lead and support cost out activities
- Ensure process and documentation compliance
- Our products live in a cluttered world often obscured by distribution. You enjoy digging in and doing the research to find out what’s really going on.
- Computer skills. You’re very comfortable with MS Excel and PowerPoint and can use them for both analysis and communication.
- Communication skills. You’re an effective communicator and can sell your ideas to senior leaders. All the data in the world isn’t any good unless it’s used for action.
- Lots of patience and high emotional intelligence. The ability and desire to work with people who will challenge you.
- Proved your intelligence and determination by completing a Bachelor s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience where lean manufacturing methods were incorporated.
