What You Will Do: You will provide drafting services and construction document production for the Landscape Architecture Design team utilizing AutoDesk Civil 3D software. Projects typically will be related to parks & trails, streetscaping/urban design, and site development.

What You Will Bring: A minimum two-year degree in Computer Design, Computer Aided Drafting, or related field. Demonstrated ability to produce construction documents utilizing Civil 3d / AutoCad software accurately and effectively. Experience with a variety of site construction techniques will be beneficial. Demonstrated ability to manage time and task budgets efficiently and profitably; effective communication skills (written, verbal, graphic); a valid driver’s license; and a clean driving record. Familiarity with the following types of projects and design deliverables will be considered a plus: site design / urban design, including removal plans, layout plans, grading plans with accurate surface modeling and quantities, restoration plans, custom details for unique elements.
