We're looking for an IT professional to provide technical assistance to our ever-growing internal staff. You'll be at the company’s front line and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. The goal is to make sure that customer service is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide first level support and provide resolutions to user issues
  • Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Walk users through problem solving processes
  • Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
  • Perform Windows 10 Imaging procedures
  • Manage and Deploy iOS and Android Devices
  • Provide Remote and Onsite support in all offices

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven working experience in providing technical support using a ticketing system
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting skills
  • Active Directory understanding
  • Working knowledge of mobile devices, laptops and desktops
  • Working knowledge of common desktop applications including the most current version of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of client/server printing applications
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Minimum Education and Experience:

An Associate’s degree (A.A.) is required. A minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically supporting Microsoft based environments is also required.  A driver's license and good driving record is also required.

CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certification (MTA, MSCA, MSCE) is preferred. Proven experience using our current technologies/applications is preferred: Helpdesk Ticketing Systems, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, iOS, Android, AutoCAD, Microstation, Esri GIS, SharePoint.
