Position Description:
Multiple positions are available in the Construction Management Department for an upcoming project. Candidates will perform construction inspection tasks, including assessing adherence to contract documents, quality control procedures for structural steel, concrete, masonry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection and architectural elements. Candidate will report to the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager and perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection on public projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is desirable. Preferred certifications includes: NICET IV, Bolting, Masonry, Concrete, Work Zone Safety and OSHA 10. Candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills along with a valid driver’s license.
