Medela is seeking an IT Network and Collaboration Services Manager to join our team!

Ideal IT Network and Collaboration Services Manager Candidate:

  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with global objectives and multi-cultural teams
  • Supervisory experience necessary to support Essential Functions
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and other scripting languages preferred
  • Advanced project management skills, AGPM (AgilePM) certification is a plus
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

IT Network and Collaboration Services Manager Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of IT Infrastructure technical operations, architecture, or equivalent progressive role experience in a complex global organization with 7+ years' experience in global network and collaboration technology and services area
  • Minimum three years experience managing global teams
  • Strong technical background in the area of network topologies and technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, TCP/IP, MPLS, SDN, QoS, BGP, OSPF, DNS, etc.), firewall technologies, Windows server infrastructures (Active Directory, Office 365, Skype for Business, Azure, etc.), including running multiple international datacenters and mobile technologies in a 24/7 environment.
  • Possesses mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment)
  • Ability to install, upgrade, implement, and maintain Collaboration infrastructure to support business needs and established Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators required
  • Planning, realization and controlling skills required

IT Network and Collaboration Services Manager Job Details:

  • Lead a distributed international team of IT specialists to develop, maintain and enhance the world-wide IT Network and Collaboration systems and process landscape.
  • Prepare, execute, monitor and report on global IT related projects or services of the given responsibility area, including global coordination of ongoing and planned projects
  • Partner with other world-wide Medela department heads, project leaders and process experts to continuously enhance the value of IT systems and processes
  • Budget planning and coordination with other departments or organizations in alignment with financial regulations
  • Design, deploy and manage a global Telecommunications & Collaboration environment and surrounding systems.
  • Complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Supervises employees by planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Follows all Company rules and regulations, including health and safety rules
  • Successfully interacts with employees at all levels
  • Regular, reliable performance of all job duties
  • Travel as may be required to meet business and customer expectations
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or as may be required from time to time
