Job Summary:
 
Candidate will work with proposal teams to visually communicate information in an original and dynamic way. Graphics should help persuade clients and enhance company branding. 
 
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
 
• Layout and format proposals, organization charts, infographics, presentations, tables, and other technical and non-technical graphics.
• Organize images and graphics, with goal of building a graphics and image library.
• Design graphic elements that can be reused.
• Design custom templates and themes.
• Participate in design meetings to identify new ideas and improve current branding/design standards.
• Design PowerPoint presentations for interviews, client meetings, and other internal/external corporate events.
 
Job Requirements:
 
• BFA or BA in Graphic Design or related.
• Experience in construction, architecture, or engineering industries preferred.
• 2-5 years focused on design for proposals in response to RFPs/design of lengthy documents.
• 1-2 years in production/planning.
• Expert level in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Acrobat.
• Ability to develop creative solutions which meet RFP requirements, client preferences, company branding, and other standards.
• Excellent time management and organization. Ability to meet multiple deadlines and support multiple proposals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
