Job Summary:
The Graduate Engineer will work on a team delivering transportation solutions.
Graduate Engineer Responsibilities:
• Prepare highway construction documents including:
o Plans
o Specification
o Cost estimates
• Develop horizontal and vertical alignments
• Typical sections
• Cross section
• Drainage
• Signing and marking
• Stormwater management
• Maintenance of traffic
• Erosion and sediment control
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation planning and design
• Previous experience with state transportation agencies is preferred
• EIT license is desired
• Proficiency using MicroStation is desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
