Heritage focuses on service, repair, and replacement of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical systems specifically for homeowners. Today, Heritage has over 45 technicians and 20 office staff members that will serve over 20,000 customers this year.

At Heritage, our Customer Service Coordinator's / Dispatcher's  are personable and outgoing individuals who operate in our dispatch center. This position is responsible for scheduling and dispatching our field staff by optimizing routes, answering incoming phone calls from customers, providing extraordinary service by ensuring all customer work order information is entered and detailed correctly. Our customer's deserve prompt attention and complete follow through of each service experience.  If you like to help people, and have a fun enthusiastic approach to serving customers, we want you on our team!
