Job Summary:

Candidate will assist in providing planning and civil engineering design for many different types of projects and prepare airport construction documents, including plans, specification and cost estimates.

Engineer in Training Responsibilities:

• Develop horizontal and vertical alignments
• Signing and marking
• Construction phasing
• Erosion and sediment control
• Roadway, highway, transit, airport, streetscape, and facility design
• Stormwater drainage and stormwater management design and utility design

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• An EIT license is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in civil engineering design is required.
• Experience in planning or design of civil engineering projects in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, or Pennsylvania is preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Microstation and associated CADD design software (Civil 3D, Inroads, etc.) is required.
• Excellent oral and written skills and the ability to work independently.
