Job Summary:

Candidate will support the Philadelphia office in developing, delivering, managing and overseeing the construction and design activities for building and facility projects.

Construction Manager Responsibilities:

• Monitor overall contractor performance to obtain quality product
• Maintain designated budget while meeting deadlines
• Development of procurement – construction schedules and construction subcontracts
• Review of subcontracts terms and conditions
• Performance of constructability and value engineering reviews
• Construction estimating
• Schedule reviews
• Project construction performance presentations
• Perform additional construction management activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience providing owner’s representative construction management.
• Experience managing diverse teams of construction managers and construction inspectors.
• A PE or RA license is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills #LI-ST1
