We are currently searching for an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to join our Baton Rouge Asphalt team of talented employees!

Job Description/Experience:

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience in the Construction Industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management highly favored
• Must have experience in estimating projects
• strong communication skills & computer skills
• Must be able to interface with project owners, company field supervision, material suppliers, subcontractors, and upper management.
• Candidates must be organized & detailed oriented
• computer literate in estimating and scheduling programs
• Maintain schedules, budgets, production outlines and deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
• Responsible for coordinating Superintendents, Field Engineers, Foreman, crews and outside third parties.
• Manage safe projects from start to finish
• Lead and present information in planning meetings.
