Role:
In this ground-floor opportunity, the Director, Enterprise Accounts will lead the charge in developing and closing business for Inspire Software in the Midwest. Working from the convenience of your home office, you will follow up on developed, qualified leads and schedule appointments, conduct in-depth needs assessments, and close deals. This is a growth opportunity as Inspire continues to modernize the Leadership Development market.
Specific duties include:
- Serve as Trusted Advisor to large enterprise organizations, identify immediate and long-term business needs, and articulate Inspire’s unique value proposition.
- Expertly manage complex buying cycles by developing strategic relationships and aligning both internal and external resources.
- Identify customer needs, lead discovery meetings, conduct product-tailored demos, and deliver Proofs of Concept.
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with internal Customer Success teams to map long-term success for the customer organization.
- Assimilate and share competitor intelligence to keep internal product and marketing teams informed of market activity.
- Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and nurture campaigns within CRM software.
- Deliver on quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Demonstrate our core values - Trust, Innovation, and Passion with internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years' experience closing new business for leadership development or enterprise software solutions or other HCM products or services while delivering regional revenue growth
- Demonstrated success of consistent, year-over-year quota achievement
- Experience closing annual and multi-annual SaaS or service contracts
- Experience operating within a start-up or rapid growth environment
- Experience selling Leadership Development, Talent Management Systems or HCM solutions a plus
- Must be willing to travel a broad sales geography
- Excellent communications skills with ability to operate effectively at the C-Level
Education:
BA/BS or equivalent educational and/or professional background
