We have an excellent opportunity for an Interior Construction Project Manager. The responsibilities include planning, organizing, and administering the contract with the owner as well as contracts with all subcontractors.  They proactively manage all costs, contract changes and other financial aspects of the project.  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Five (5) to ten (10) years of construction experience.
• Possess an OSHA 30 certification. 
• Must be proficient in Bluebeam software for the creation and modification of PDF documents.
• Proficient in Suretrak or MS Project scheduling software.
• Working knowledge of BIM processes, software and tools.
• Strong communication skills.
