JOB DESCRIPTION
The Construction Operations Coordinator supports the leadership team of the Construction Operations Department by attending to administrative details and procedural processes, and by coordinating scheduling, projects, presentations, and meetings.
Essential Functions
- Take initiative to ensure consistent performance of activities required by those reporting into the Construction Operations Department
- Manage correspondence and maximize the ability to attend to key business requirements
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, time management and organizational skills, as well the ability to interact with all levels of staff and visitors, while remaining proactive, flexible, resourceful, efficient and friendly
- Perform all duties with the utmost discretion and attention to detail, while maintaining the appropriate degree of confidentiality at all times
- Prioritize include manage workforce projections and scheduling tasks to ensure deadlines are met and managing deadline driven organizational objectives to maximize efficiency
- Collect and maintain 3-week and 6-month workforce projections from all projects, and compile into master projection
- Lead the preparation of the weekly workforce assignment
- Initiate contact with temporary workforce services to determine the availability of resources
- Coordinate the execution of new project work orders with established workforce resources
- Audit the completion of project documentation
- Track, monitor, and present metrics for project related documentation
- Collect and maintain weekly and monthly reporting from projects. Assist in analysis and format for review by others
- Collect and maintain safety inspection reporting. Analyze and flag areas of concern
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Follow-up on assigned action items.
- Perform other support duties as requested, directed or assigned

This position may require minimal travel to local jobsites, less than 10% of the time
Education and Experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within construction operations highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to process multiple types of contracts/reports
- Knowledge of Procore is preferred
