 POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a self-directed individual with a strong work ethic as our METRC Support. You will be responsible for of and compliance with the tracking and reporting of all marijuana and marijuana-infused products from cuttings, to sale.

 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Coordinate with network administrators and software engineers to assist with quality assurance, program logic and data-processing.
  • Inspect METRC, third party software data, and compile reports for accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
  • Verifying packages that are created and broken down are correct with its affixed.
  •  Work with management and team members to reduce errors in data entry and required reporting/records maintenance.
  •  Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting user issues both remotely and in person.
  • Escalate any issues to Senior IT.

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic networking knowledge required.
  • Must not have been convicted of any felony offenses pursuant to state statutes.

 DESIRED SKILLS, QUALITIES & EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years’ experience with METRC tracking system or similar inventory tracking software in a highly regulated industry
  • Ability to perform inventory control and audits.
  •  Ability to overview and daily audits of data within inventory systems for Marijuana tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to think critically.
  • Excellent time management skills with respect to deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
  • Working knowledge in agriculture and/or horticulture practices is not required but is a plus.
