GENERAL DESCRIPTION: 
 
Role:
Pratum is looking for a well-connected, service-oriented Client Engagement Advisor to help grow our client base. We are an established cybersecurity consulting and managed security services firm and we need your help to grow our client base in the local market and throughout an assigned multi-state territory.
 
If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, strive to provide value to customers, and are driven to establish and nurture business relationships, you may be a fit for Pratum’s Client Engagement Advisor position.
 
Tasks:
• Build and grow the Pratum brand in the local market
• Represent Pratum with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
• Develop relationships with prospects and clients that build trust and confidence in Pratum’s portfolio of cybersecurity services
• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, and executing our sales strategy for information security services
• Source new sales opportunities through qualifying inbound sales leads and outbound cold calls
• Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends
• Close sales and achieve quarterly objectives
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability and expertise to help build Pratum’s brand in the local market
• Ability to listen to a client and translate the information obtained in conversations into a proposal which meets their technical, risk, business, and budgetary needs
• Ability to effectively communicate with a client’s executive leadership and technology teams
• Proficient in utilizing problem solving skills to produce creative solutions to basic challenges
• Effectively and professionally communicate via phone, email, and in-person
• Ability to create professional proposals that demonstrate Pratum’s expertise and clearly explain how Pratum will meet the client’s business objectives
