Job Summary: This position is responsible for the day to day managerial and administrative work in directing all activities of the Customer Service Department. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Management preferred.
  • Minimum six years of progressively responsible experience and supervision in Customer Service Management preferred.
  • Strong word processing and spreadsheet skills and the ability to use a variety of office equipment such as calculators, copiers, typewriter, facsimile machine, personal computer, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary in order to deal with a wide range of personalities both inside and outside the organization.
  • A valid Indiana driver’s license required.
