We are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant for our corporate office in Moline, IL. FCA offers a family and team environment and a strong culture built on integrity and work ethic.  The Senior Accountant will report directly to our company Director of Finance and work closely with our CFO. The chosen candidate must be a self-starter with strong analytical skills.

 Duties include:

• Monthly account reconciliations
• Analytical review of numerical variances
• Assist with the monthly closing and financial reporting process
• Provide monthly financial reports to management and ownership
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Inventory valuation and analysis
• Preparation and review of the annual audit and tax work papers
• Preparation and participation in other audits (bank, workers comp, etc.)
• Bank reporting
• Review of weekly payroll
• Budget preparation
• Accounts Payable review
• Accounts Receivable review

Requirements:

The qualified Senior Accountant will meet these minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 5 years’ post-college accounting work experience
• Strong analytical skills
