Summary of the Job:
The Customer Service Specialist professional is a leader in our remote locations. This role is a great fit for a professional that enjoys variety. Each day is unique! This position includes: Face to Face Support with customers walking into the branch. Supporting incoming calls, and scheduling Service appointments for Service Technician Team in your region. The CSR/Inside Sales professional manages branch operations including but not limited to: Opening & Closing branch, Managing Inventory/Replenishment, monitoring Service Team call status/Availability and Communicate customer feedback with Leadership.
The Ideal candidate will enjoy:
- Supporting Customers, over the phone or face to face.
- Solution oriented, and resourceful in researching customer product inquiries
- Working in an office mostly on their own, and work through tasks efficiently
- Flexibility in the day to day routine balancing walk in traffic, Scheduling Service appointments and answering incoming phone calls.
- Take ownership of branch operations
- Monitoring work order status and technician availability on scheduled appointments
- Feels comfortable allocating incoming work orders based on Technician availability
- Take charge of quality control and escalating opportunities for growth to Leadership
- Proficient with using phone, and operating PC.
- Light Data entry
- Pulling together call logs reports and documentation of customer interactions
- Dedication to the customer and sharing feedback to improve the customer experience and other efficiencies
Requirements:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 3 years’ Experience in Communications/Customer Service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10 key
- Experienced in verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks
- Exceptional Attendance history
- Able to lift 40 pounds
