Job Role

This individual will work on web-based application development, including new development and maintenance of existing legacy systems, as well as integration with commercial applications.  Position involves handling a variety of tasks related to multiple applications that together comprise the company's business solutions infrastructure. 

Technologies utilized include classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML/DHTML, CSS, SQL, XML, AJAX, Web Services, Microsoft Silverlight, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Exchange.  Methodologies include object-oriented programming, design patterns and agile development.  Position involves some system administration and customer support activities.

Required Skills: 

• Strong HTML / CSS / JavaScript skills
• Experience with ASP.NET web development (or similar technology)
• Experience with database development, including SQL scripting
• Understanding of object-oriented programming

Desired Skills:

• Experience with JQuery / AJAX
• Experience with mobile web development
• Experience in object-oriented language (Java, C#, C++, etc).
• Experience working in a collaborative environment using agile/scrum development methodology

Education: BS in CS or Engineering. OR Bachelors degree plus 2 years of experience OR 6 years direct experience.
