Commercial HVAC Service Sales Account Manager – Tallahassee, FL   

We are searching for a dynamic, entrepreneurial individual to sell Service, Repair, Retrofit, and Replacement Project Solutions for a reputable and growing Tallahassee FL HVAC Mechanical Contractor.

Our Client is looking for a sharp, talented, financially-motivated HVAC sales expert who aspires to grow professionally and financially with a well-known HVAC company. (Additional experience selling DDC Control systems and an engineering degree are preferred, but not required).

Key Responsibilities:  Sell HVAC Service projects, PM service contracts, Repair, Renovation, Retrofit, and Replacement projects to building managers and building owners.   

Driven, Self-starter with a passion for Commercial HVAC Systems and selling “equipment systems repair solutions” . Must possess strong communication and inter-personal skills. 

Successful experience in Service Sales in the HVAC Industry is most important, and Engineering undergraduate degree is preferred (not required). Technology proficiency (systems, software, applications) is required.
