Position Summary

We are looking for a Pavement Engineer/Construction Quality Assurance Manager that is responsible for ensuring that BR provides sound recommendations and end-results that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.  

Job Duties

  • Perform in-depth pavement investigations & analysis to provide a basis for estimators’ proposals & construction decisions.
  • Visit projects to observe construction activities; provide recommendations for quality improvement utilizing best practices and cutting-edge, cost-effective solutions.
  • Perform intelligent compaction, paver mounted thermal profiling and pavement smoothness data analysis.
  • Provide sales, marketing and operations; guidance, support, and training.

Preferred Education/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Asphalt pavement or geotechnical background

  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Creative personality
  • Valid driver’s license & good driving record

Other Requirements:

All candidates are required to pass a thorough Background Check, Physical and Drug Test.  References will also be checked.
