JOB SUMMARY:

The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing support to end users.  He/she will install computers and software and troubleshoot PC and network problems.

THE HELP DESK ANALYST WILL:

  • Provide first level support for all hardware, application software, network, and phone system issues.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support requests.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Enter issues into the tracking system, provide updates to end users, and insure a timely resolution.
  • Perform phone setup, deploy PCs, and retrieve old equipment.
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of all hardware and software.
  • Maintain installation, technical support, and end user documentation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field.
  • Technical knowledge of PC, server hardware and Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Applications.
    • Technical knowledge MAC OS, iPhone and iPad a plus.
  • Effective communication skills and project management skills.
